摘要:本实用新型实施例公开了一种立式齿轮箱,包括输入装置、输出装置、密封装置和箱体,其中:输入装置包括输入轴、输入滑动轴承和齿轮组成;输出装置包括输出轴、输出滑动轴承和输出联结法兰;箱体包括上箱体、下箱体和螺栓;输入轴通过输入滑动轴承安装在箱体上,输出轴通过输出滑动轴承安装在所述箱体上,齿轮与输出轴的齿槽相啮合;立式齿轮箱的非接触式密封装置包括:止推盘、密封环和盖板,其中,止推盘套在立式齿轮箱的输出轴上,用于作为非接触式密封装置用的动环;密封环和盖板通过螺栓连接在立体齿轮箱的箱体部件上,用于作为非接触式密封装置的静环;立体齿轮箱的箱体部件中的润滑油不高于密封环的结合面,解决了立式齿轮箱的漏油问题。

主权项:一种立式齿轮箱,其特征在于,包括输入装置、输出装置、密封装置和箱体,其中:所述输入装置包括输入轴、输入滑动轴承和齿轮组成;所述输出装置包括输出轴、输出滑动轴承和输出联结法兰;所述箱体包括上箱体、下箱体和螺栓;所述输入轴通过所述输入滑动轴承安装在所述箱体上,所述输出轴通过输出滑动轴承安装在所述箱体上,所述齿轮与所述输出轴的齿槽相啮合;所述立式齿轮箱的非接触式密封装置包括:止推盘、密封环和盖板,其中,所述止推盘套在所述立式齿轮箱的输出轴上,用于作为所述非接触式密封装置用的动环;所述密封环和盖板通过所述螺栓连接在所述立体齿轮箱的箱体部件上,用于作为所述非接触式密封装置的静环;所述立体齿轮箱的箱体部件中的润滑油不高于所述密封环的结合面。
