摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to mount a ring-shaped rubber packing simply and quickly on an outer periphery of the protruded part of a given member without the need of any special device for expanding the rubber packing beforehand in order to give the protruded part an appropriate clamping force after the mounting, when the ring-shaped rubber packing is mounted. SOLUTION: Out of outer periphery faces 23 of the protruded part 21, a constant range H from a tip part P1 over to a base end 32 is to be formed into a slanted face 33 tapered down toward the tip part P1. When a periphery length of the tip part P1 of the slanted face 33 is denoted by L1, a periphery length of the tip part P2 of a base end side of the slanted face 33 is denoted by L2, and a periphery length of an end P3 at a fitting-in starting side into the protruded part 21 out of inner periphery faces 103 of the rubber packing 101 is denoted by L3 before mounting on the protruded part 21, these dimensions shall hold a relation of: L1<L3<L2. The rubber packing 101 can make an initial-stage fitting in without requirement of any device, and later, can be easily mounted by being pushed in with its diameter enlarged by the slanted face 33.
