摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant load sensor for a vehicle seat having a more stable shield performance than hitherto to an electromagnetic wave noise, while keeping conventional characteristics of a small size, a light weight and low cost. SOLUTION: This occupant load sensor 11 for a vehicle seat interposed between a floor side fixing member 2 and a seat side fixing member 3, for measuring the load of an occupant is provided with: a strain generating body 4 fixed by both ends at a predetermined clearance on one side of the floor side 2 and the seat side 3; a connection member (connection shaft 6) fixed to the strain generating body 4 in the vertical direction, and fixed on the other side of the floor side 2 and the seat side 3; a strain gauge attached to the strain generating body 4; a metal bracket including a substrate attachment portion 71 that extends laterally relative to the strain generating body 4; and an amplifier substrate 8 mounted in parallel with the strain generating body 4 on the substrate attachment portion 71, for amplifying a signal from the strain gauge. One surface of the amplifier substrate 8 is covered by the bracket (71), and the other surface is covered by a metal floor side fixing member (shield part 91). COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
