摘要:PURPOSE: A tacrolimus formulation and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to quickly increase solubility and bioavailability of tacrolimus. CONSTITUTION: A tacrolimus microparticle contains a solid particulate substrate and tacrolimus layer in which tacrolimus is dispersed in a soluble polymer carrier. The carrier is hydroxypropyl methylceullose(HPMC), polyvinylpirrolydone(PVP), cellulose polymer or mixture thereof. The solid particlulate substrate is beads, spheres, cores, seeds, particles, or nuclei. The tacrolimus microparticle is obtained by dissolving HPMC and tacrolimus in mixture solvent of organic solvent and water. An oral formulation contains the tacrolimus microparticle. The oral formulation is a capsule or tablet.
