摘要:<p>Disclosed is an optical information recording medium which has a structure whereby a light-transmitting layer (10A), a first information recording layer (20), an intermediate layer (30), a third information recording layer (60), an intermediate layer (30), a second information recording layer (40), and a substrate (50) are stacked in this order from the incident surface of reproduced light. The first information recording layer (20) is translucent, the reflectance for the reproduced light wavelength of the first information recording layer (20) is greater than 0.4% and not greater than 2.2%, and when the thickness of the light-transmitting layer (10A) is t and the reflectance for the reproduced light wavelength of the first information recording layer (20) is R2, the value of the reflectance R1 for the reproduced light wavelength on the surface of the light-transmitting layer (10A) is set such that equation 1 is true.Thus, reproduction is possible even with a drive device compatible with an old standard optical information recording medium with few information recording layers, and the recording capacity of the old standard optical information recording medium can be improved by adding a ROM layer or an R layer.</p>
