摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform radio communication using a coil antenna more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device 1 includes a series resonance circuit composed of a loop antenna 30 and a capacitor 40, and includes a feed point at an end of the loop antenna 30 on the opposite side from a connection end for an output transistor. Consequently, neither a pull-up coil nor a power source needs to be connected to the collector of the transistor, so that a current path comprising the loop antenna and transistor includes no branch, and all the driving currents of an output transistor are made to flow in the loop antenna. Therefore, high power efficiency is obtained and the number of elements constituting the circuit is decreased, so the radio communication using the loop antenna is performed more efficiently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
