摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering structure-covering construction method having a superior followability to a base material as a foundation and also a superior mechanical property and a chemical property and achieving the smooth finishing of a surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lower layer 2 is formed by sticking a fiber mat while using the base material (a floor-board structure 1) as the foundation and coating the fiber mat with a thermosetting resin and curing the thermosetting resin. An upper layer 3 is formed by coating the upper part of the lower layer 2 with a coating material and curing the coating material. Consequently, a composite coating including: the lower layer 2 includeing of the fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin; the upper layer 3 (a coated-floor layer) formed on the lower layer 2 is manufactured.
