摘要:<p>PURPOSE: A nitrogen oxide gas sensor is provided to improve measuring accuracy by third and fifth films connected to a first film, and a fourth film connected to a second film in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen oxide gas sensor comprises an oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte, a first film(10), a second film(20), a power source(70), a third film(30), and a measuring unit(73). The first, second, and third films are contacted with the solid electrolyte, and composed of a metallic oxide. The second film is separated from the first film. A first node and a second node of the power source are electrically connected to the first and second films, respectively. The power source applies current to the first and second films. The measuring unit measures a potential difference between the first and second nodes. The third film is connected to the first film in parallel. One or more films comprise p-type and n-type semiconductor metallic oxides.</p>
