摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet with a coating fluid applied thereon, in which a rigid structure of a polarized electrode is formed on the surface of electric collectors, such as metal foil, performance is hardly degraded in adhesive rigidity to the electrical collector and the polarized electrode, even by a gas generated through a repeated charging/discharging operations, vibration and the like, performance has superior internal resistance, and the like, and the preferable conditions can be maintained for a long period of time, and to provide an electrochemical capacitor which uses the electrode sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode sheet is obtained through a drying process, after applying the coating fluid which is mixed with an organic solvent and a solid component containing active carbon at a fixed ratio of 85 to 92 wt.%, carbon black at a fixed ratio of 2 to 7 wt.%, to an aluminum foil with a conductive adhesive layer and polyvinylidene fluoride at a fixed ratio of 4 to 9 wt.%. Furthermore, an electrical double-layer capacitor and a lithium ion capacitor can be manufactured by using these electrode sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
