摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top emission type organic EL (electroluminescent) display device capable of reducing inclination of luminance on screen without increasing the dimension of a frame region. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the top emission type organic EL display device, a sealing substrate 40 is stuck onto an element substrate 10 having many pixels through a sealing material 50 formed in its peripheral part. In the pixel, an organic EL layer is nipped and held between a lower electrode and an upper electrode 23. The upper electrode 23 exists up to an end part of the element substrate 10 on an outer side of the sealing material 50. A power supply line 60 formed by electrical conductive paste is connected with the upper electrode 23 on the outer side of the sealing material 50 to prevent electric potential of the upper electrode 23 from dropping and suppress inclination of luminance. Since the power supply line 60 is formed on the outer side of the sealing material 50, the dimension of a frame can be reduced. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
