摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which makes it possible to effectively eliminate illegal games and to quickly and appropriately cope with abnormality of a random number generation circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the game machine, lottery of winning or losing is performed in a main control part 21 when a prize is won by a game ball. The random number generation circuit 28 is provided so as to automatically update random numbers used for the lottery of winning or losing. The random number generation circuit 28 has the following components: an oscillator 60 for generating clock signals independent of a system clock supplied to a CPU of the main control part 21; a counter 61 for performing counting operation by receiving the clock signals; and first and second latch circuits 62 and 63 for obtaining count values from the counter 61 by receiving latch signals. The first latch circuit 62 receives first latch signals which are generated according to prize winning condition of the game ball. The second latch circuit 63 receives second latch signals LA which are regularly output according to operation condition of the CPU of the main control part 21 without being accompanied with software processing.
