摘要：A promotional system derivs or generates Promotional Prize Draw Entries for Promotional Prize Draws from entries in government or state operated lotteries and sweepstakes, termed Official Lottery Entries and Official Lotteries. The promotional prize draw entries are distributed to customers as loyalty rewards. The outcome of promotional prize draws depend on the outcome of the official lottery entrieds. Alternatively the system issues an Official Lottery Entry to a customer as their consumer reward when they have accumulated a predefined level of Promotional Prize Draw Entry entitlements.
