CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for producing embossing corn chips comprises a charging container, and screw. A method for producing embossing corn chips comprises the following steps of: transferring cooked corn grits to a compressing roller(2) through a slide belt(5); compressing the corn grits by the compressing roller; rotating a first chain(4) to operate a cutter(3) and cutting them; operating a second chain for the opposite-sided gears to go in gear and operating the compressing roller; operating a third chain by the compressing roller; and operating the slide belt to transfer the corn grits to the compressing roller.
