摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of non contact determination of a three dimensional position of a crossover in a state of non-contact with a pantagraph by a single camera. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: a line sensor 10 for crossovers disposed on a roof of a vehicle 1 facing upward to a crossover 2; a line sensor 11 for pantagraphs disposed on the roof of the vehicle 1 facing around a pantagraph 6; a crossover height calculation part 80 for determining the width as well as the height of the crossover on an image; a crossover deviation calculation part 90 for determining a value at the center of an edge of the crossover as a crossover gravity center position as well as the deviation from the center of the gravity center position; a pantagraph-height-and-position calculation part 100 for determining the height and position of the pantagraph; and a pantagraph-crossover-relative-position calculation part 110 for determining the relative positional relationship between the pantagraph and the crossover.
