摘要:本发明涉及太阳能电池制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸碱结合的太阳电池制绒工艺,具有以下两个步骤:a、酸制绒:硅片表面用HF和HNO<sub>3</sub>的混合酸进行浅制绒;b、碱制绒:浅制绒的硅片进行清洗后,使用氢氧化钾溶液或氢氧化钠溶液进行深制绒,完成硅片制绒,解决现有的制绒工艺中硅片表面复合高影响太阳能电池性能的问题。
