摘要:一种掺镱钼酸锶的新型可调谐激光晶体,涉及激光晶体材料领域。该晶体材料的化学式为Yb<sup>3+</sup>:SrMoO<sub>4</sub>。采用4N的Yb<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>和分析纯的SrCO<sub>3</sub>、MoO<sub>3</sub>、Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>作为原料,通过高温固相反应获得Yb<sup>3+</sup>:SrMoO<sub>4</sub>原料,在氮气气氛条件下采用提拉法生长晶体。该材料用于实现1020nm~1080nm波段可调谐激光输出。
