摘要:本发明涉及一种模块化工具系统,其包括用于工具安装板、与工具安装板的上侧面连接的顶板,以及与工具安装板的下侧面连接的底板以及分别设置在工具安装板的两个相对端部的一对锁定组件。每一个锁定组件可旋转地设置在工具安装板的孔位中,其具有垂直于工具安装板的旋转轴。每一个锁定组件具有朝向所述上侧面以用于容纳和锁定所述顶板相应的锁栓的锁孔,以及朝向所述下侧面以用于插入并锁定在所述底板的相应锁孔中的锁栓。相对于工具安装板的锁孔旋转所述顶板的锁栓可将所述顶板和工具安装板锁紧在一起,进一步地,旋转所述顶板的锁栓将带动所述工具安装板的锁栓相对于所述底板的锁孔旋转,并将所述工具安装板和底板锁紧在一起。

主权项:1、一种模块化工具系统,其特征在于,包括:工具安装板,其具有上侧面和下侧面;连接到所述工具安装板上侧面的顶板,所述顶板具有锁栓;连接到所述工具安装板下侧面的底板,所述具有锁孔;分别设置在所述工具安装板两相对端部的一对锁定组件,每一个锁定组件可旋转地设置在所述工具安装板的孔位中,每一个锁定组件包括朝向所述工具安装板上侧面的锁孔,其具有用以容纳和卡住顶板的锁栓的大小和形状,每一个锁定组件进一步包括朝向所述工具安装板下侧面的锁栓,其具有用以插入并卡在底板的锁孔中的大小和形状;其中,所述顶板的锁栓可相对于所述锁定组件旋转,以便所述顶板和工具安装板锁紧在一起;并且,所述锁定组件的锁栓可相对于所述底板的锁孔旋转,以便所述工具安装板和底板锁紧在一起。
