摘要：A penetration sleeve device for construction is provided to install simply and effectively between construction forms of a building, to prevent the defects caused by distorted installation location when placing concrete, and to maximize the adhesive property of a form with two ends of a sleeve, thereby to prevent the inflow of concrete and to improve constructability. A penetration sleeve device for construction comprises a pipe-shaped sleeve(10) forming a hole(11) penetrated inward, a stopper(20) provided with an insertion portion inserted to a hole from the lateral end of the sleeve and an assembling groove portion in the center of the outer side, and coupled to two ends of the sleeve, and a support plate(30) inserted elastically together with an elastic spring(35) to the assembling groove portion of the stopper and supported to be adhered closely to a form and provided with an assembling projection(32) to assemble to a fitting groove formed in the form.
