摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene encoding a peptide fusing with a target protein to shorten the life of a target protein, and to provide a method for shortening the life of the protein using the gene. <P>SOLUTION: The life of luciferase fused with a life-shortening peptide was &le;1/3, in comparison with a case fused with PEST sequence. Provided are the protein for shortening the life of the protein; the protein encoding the same; and a method for shortening the life of the protein using the same.
