摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray device specifying and measuring the position of a spot, even when the position of the spot is deviated from a prescribed position on a microarray substrate. SOLUTION: This device includes: an imaging part 14 for imaging the microarray substrate having a plurality of spots, and outputting digital image data; a spot information storage part 16 for storing information on the spots; a spot position analysis part 15 for calculating a brightness distribution curve of each spot from the digital image data, and analyzing each spot position; a spot position specification part 17 for specifying each spot position from a peak coordinate on the brightness distribution curve of each spot outputted from the spot position analysis part 15, and the information on the spots read from the spot information storage part; and a measuring part 18 for performing measurement on a spot position outputted from the spot position specification part 17.
