摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To obtain flame proof and to improve sound quality by imoregnating a cone, consisting principally of cellulose fiber, with an organic compound containing phosphorus and nitrogen mixed with low formaline type melamine resin, and then performing a heating and drying treatment. CONSTITUTION:A fixed diaphragm consisting principally of cellulose fiber, such as wood pulp and bast fiber by paper sheating is made. This diaphragm is dipped in or coated with a methanol mixed solution of an organic compound containing phosphorus and nitrogen and low formaline type melamine resin by spraying, brushing, etc. and then a heat tretment is carried out at, e.g. about 100 deg.C for 15 minutes to dry the solution. Thus, a flame retardant disphargm is obtained. Since the cellulose fiber is used essentially, internal loss is increased and the mechanical strength (Young's modulus) increases by the impregnation of said melamine resin, so the diaphragm has an excellent frequency, namely, improved sound quality.</p>
