摘要:本发明涉及钢板全自动反复弯曲的试验机。其解决现有技术存在的劳动强度大、检验周期长、试样夹不紧现象等问题。措施:本发明包括圆弧夹紧块、上夹紧块、弹簧、弹簧杆及弹簧套的夹紧装置1、底板2、支架3,驱动装置4。其在于设在支架3内的夹紧装置1、驱动装置4、与夹紧装置1连接的钢板装卸传输装置5均与PLC控制箱6连接。本发明能有效缩短测试时间和人为误差,提高判定的准确性和劳动效率,实现全程自动操作,满足生产工艺快速准确的要求,生产成本低。
