摘要:本发明公开了用于无氧或低含氧量铜板带生产的熔铸方法。本发明的工艺流程为,采用多连体铸机组熔融-水平连续拉铸-铸坯结晶淬水。其中多连体铸机组熔融,是将熔化炉、均合炉和保温炉设置在同一个炉体内腔,在熔化炉和均合炉、均合炉和保温炉之间的隔断上接近炉底的位置设置有通道,铜液通过通道流动补充;将熔化炉温度控制在1200~1250℃,使均合炉内铜液保持沸腾状态,将保温炉温度控制在1160~1180℃。与现有技术相比,本发明能降低能耗、降低产品含氧量、同时使加工出来的产品易于后续加工,适用于加工单质或合金铜带产品。
