摘要：FIELD: construction, road engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular to devices for introduction of reinforcement materials and their mixing with soil to produce columnar structures. Device for depth reinforcement of soil (Soil Depth Reinforcement Device - SDRD) includes hollow rotary body (HRB), along which binder material is supplied, clutch for SDRD connection to stem of boring and mixing machine, short borer (3), cutting blades (CB) and mixing blades (MB). 3 consists of plates, to which knives are fixed with bolts together with shell, upper edge of which is installed under cutting blade CB. CB have channels that are connected to internal cavity of HRB and channels, in which nozzles are installed, being covered by valves (V). V comprise body installed in axes (A) in lugs. On upper facets (UF) CB are fixed on A, for instance by means of washer and splint, MB, which have the possibility of rotation between supports (S) for angle of 30-75 to CB axis. At that A on one CB are installed closer to periphery, and MB are directed to HRB, and on the other CB - closer to HRB, and MB are directed towards periphery. Along complete length of UF in every CB there are dead grooves (DG), which are rectangular in section and in which, for instance flat rubber elements (FRE) are connected by means of glue. At that DG and FRE accordingly have width that provides for S location in them, which are arranged along radius of MB turn. DG comprise walls along perimeter, which protect ends of FRE from effect of loose soil. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of heterogeneous soils mixing with binder, with availability of clay inclusions. ^ 5 dwg
