摘要:本发明连续式离散型稀土永磁高梯度磁选机,按颗粒体积比磁化系数的差异,在高强磁场和高梯度聚磁介质组合产生的高比磁力的作用下,对微细粒级物料进行选别。整机由机架、驱动装置、分选盘、分选箱、稀土永磁磁体、给矿器、磁性产品接矿槽和冲洗器等构件组成,具有大空腔体积异形永磁对极窗框式高场强稀土永磁磁体,多维聚磁分选介质堆,高离散矿浆分选箱体系,多组连续分选盘轴向叠加组合结构和变频转速控制。本发明具有设备单机处理能力大,结构简单,操作维护便利,节能,生产过程稳定,分离精度高,设备投资省,生产成本低,分选技术指标好等优点,可有效用于微细粒、弱磁性金属矿物以及非金属矿物的除杂和提纯。

主权项:1、一种连续式离散型稀土永磁高梯度磁选机,由分选组合部分、驱动装置和机架、给矿器、磁性产品接矿槽、清洗器和冲洗器等构件组成,其特征在于:分选组合部分由分选盘(9)、分选箱(2)和稀土永磁磁体(8)组成,分选盘(9)与大筒径空心轴构成整体旋转部件,分选盘(9)内沿周边装有可拆卸的介质堆(6),分选箱(2)为能盛满液体的非导磁容器并置于稀土永磁磁体(8)与永磁对极平行的空腔内,稀土永磁磁体(8)为大空腔体积永磁对极窗框式磁体结构,分选盘(9)在运转时有大于1/3的圆环部分在稀土永磁磁体(8)中运行并浸泡在分选箱(2)内的液面下。
