摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with a thermally conductive member which is excellent in thermal conductivity and can follow up the mounting height of a heating element. SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 includes a case 4, a heating element 16 mounted in a case 4, a heat radiation member 21 arranged in the case 4, and a thermally conductive member 22. The thermally conductive member 22 includes a heat receiving region 22a which is faced to the heating element 16 and is thermally connected to the heating element 16, a heat radiation region 22b which faces the heat radiation member 21, and other region 22c provided between the heat receiving region 22a and the heat radiation region 22b. The thermally conductive member 22 is formed by stacking a plurality of sheet members 31 having thermal conductivity.
