摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide for touch panel which obviates the need for positioning lenses. SOLUTION: An edge part of a core 3 of emitting light is formed on a first lens part 31 which suppresses lateral divergence of the emitted light and, further, an edge part of an over-cladding layer 4 of covering the first lens part 31 is formed on a second lens part 41 which suppresses vertical divergence of the emitted light. Similarly, in receiving light, the edge part of the core 3 receiving the light is formed on a fourth lens part 32 of converging the incident light only in the lateral direction and, further, the edge part of the over-cladding layer 4 of covering the fourth lens part 32 is formed on a third lens part 42 of converging the incident light only in the vertical direction.
