摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction-bonded structure with the use of a splice plate and a high-strength bolt, which has a surface to be friction-bonded having a stably high slip factor of 0.7 or higher formed thereon with an inexpensive arc spraying technique, and thereby can be formed with a simple and inexpensive high-friction-bonding method. <P>SOLUTION: A surface to be friction-bonded on one side of a splice plate 4 has a metal film formed thereon with the arc spraying technique, which has a Vickers hardness of Hv 300 or higher, a surface roughness of 100 μm or more by maximum height Rmax, and a surface roughness of 0.34 or more by a material ratio of the profile Rmr(100) at the lower level than the maximum height by 100 μm (= total L of the cut length at the projecting parts/standard length TL), in order that the slip factor of 0.70 or higher can be secured even by using the inexpensive arc spray technique. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
