摘要:一种海上风力发电机组吊装平台结构设计和施工方法,由专用驳船将海上风力发电机组和自升式风力发电机组吊装平台运输到已安装完成的海上风塔塔体旁,将使吊装平台(1)步进式提升到风塔塔体顶部将吊装平台(1)与风塔塔体(14)锁紧,提升,吊装托盘(10)和风力发电机组(12)开提升到风塔塔体(14)顶部,移动到塔体(14)顶部正上方与风塔塔体顶部连接中心重合进行连接固定,吊装叶片(13)提升到风塔塔体(14)顶部,将叶片(13)安装到发电机组上。步进式下降吊装平台回收到专用驳船上完成吊装施工。

主权项:1.一种海上风力发电机组吊装平台结构设计和施工方法,其特征是:采用专用驳船安装自升式风力发电机组吊装平台,自升式吊装平台由其上的提升千斤顶和钢绞线步进式爬升到风塔塔体顶部,锁紧。由吊装平台上安装的液压驱动卷扬机,通过四条吊缆将吊装托盘和风力发电机组由驳船上提升到风塔塔体顶部,两台牵拉绞车将吊装托盘和风力发电机组牵拉到风塔塔体顶部正上方,将带有两个叶片的风力发电机组安放在风塔塔体顶部进行连接固定。其后起吊第三个叶片到风塔塔体顶部上的风力发电机组叶片安装位置将其安装到叶片轮壳上,完成风力发电机组安装施工,最后启动钢绞线升降千斤顶,使吊装平台步进式下降到风塔塔体底部回收到驳船上,完成海上风力发电机组吊装施工。
