摘要：A patterned textile fabric and a method for relieving a pattern of the textile fabric are provided to improve the efficiency in dyeing of a pattern yarn for the textile fabric, thereby efficiently relieving the pattern of the textile fabric, by performing a thermal fixing process on the pattern yarn so as to form and fix gaps among respective yarn organizations. A pattern yarn consisting of filaments and an achromatic yarn consisting of filaments or spun yarns are respectively prepared(S100). The pattern yarn is heated at a predetermined temperature in a vacuum condition, thereby forming and fixing gaps among respective yarn organizations(S200). The fixed pattern yarn is twisted(S300). The twisted pattern yarn is dyed(S400). A textile fabric is woven by constituting a pattern portion of the dyed pattern yarn and an achromatic portion of the achromatic yarn(S500). A surface of the woven textile fabric is processed(S700). Further, the heat-fixing step(S200) is performed at 70 to 120 °C in a vacuum tank.
