摘要：A color filter formation method for transferring a color filter layer provided on a transfer film to a transferred substrate comprises arranging on said transferred substrate a plurality of wirings side by side to extend in a predetermined direction; covering the wirings with a protective insulating layer, wherein the protective insulating layer is formed as a rib protruding from said substrate; affixing said color filter layer on said transfer film onto said transferred substrate through pressure applied by a pressing mechanism; and moving the pressing mechanism in a direction in which said protective insulating layer extends, thereby transferring said color filter layer onto said transferred substrate.
