摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of suppressing foaming of waste liquid, even if using an alkali cleaner including every surfactant. SOLUTION: This automatic analyzer wherein a sample and a reagent are reacted together in a reaction container and reaction liquid after reaction is measured automatically is equipped with means 2-6 for cleaning the reaction container with a cleaner including a surfactant; means 7, 8, 9 for discharging low-concentration waste liquid used in cleaning of the reaction container to the outside of a device; and a means 10 constituted of a deforming agent for deforming bubbles caused by the cleaner and a holding member for holding the deforming agent, for suppressing foaming of the low-concentration waste liquid.
