摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of shortening time required for processing a signal detected by a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: An individual signal processing substrate 2 keeps a plurality of semiconductor devices 4 in a line in the X-direction and detector modules 5, connected with the individual semiconductor devices 4, arranged in parallel at an end of a flat substrate 3. The detector module 5 performs predetermined processing for a radiation signal detected by the device 4. Since the semiconductor devices 4 constitute a plurality of channels, the detector modules 5 perform predetermined processing for signals output from the plurality of the channels of the target semiconductor devices 4, respectively.
