摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete side ditch for draining capable of dispensing with working for draining such as formation of a hole and a cut-out part, dispensing with a new mold for manufacture, and preventing occurrence of crack and chipping caused by running of a vehicle because it is exposed onto a road surface. SOLUTION: A water passing fitting 5 having an inverted L-shaped cross section formed by an upper wall 5a, a side wall 5b, and a bottom wall 5c forming water passing-through holes 8, 9, connecting an upper wall end with the bottom wall 5c by a blocking plate 6 forming the cut-out part 11 for letting water pass on a lower side, and forming a rectangular cross section by the upper wall 5a, the side wall 5b, and the bottom wall 5c and a receiving frame 7 formed by a bottom wall part extended from the water passing fitting 5 and the water passing fitting 5 are attached to an upper end face of the side wall of the concrete side ditch 13 having a U-shaped cross section by an anchor 12.
