摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-connecting tool of which engagement is released when an external force becomes equal to or more than a limit value, regardless of a difference in the directions of tensile external forces working between male and female fitted parts, and to provide a cat collar by using the same. SOLUTION: The female member A and male member B are butted and fitted together accompanied with an elastic deformation of a fitting surface 13a of a female fitting part 13 (the figure shows fitted state). On the fitted state, semi-spherical projected parts 14b formed at the surface and reverse surface sides of the male fitting part 14 are each engaged with two recessed parts 13b formed at the female fitting part 13. Also, in a plane vertical to the paper surface and in parallel to a belt surface (not shown in the figure), around these engaged projected part and recessed part 13b, 14b, the male member B and female member A become capable of relatively rotating, and since the projected parts 14b are formed as an almost semi-spherical form, the tool has an inclination for accelerating the elastic deformation of the female fitted part 13 in any direction by seeing from above, on releasing the engagement or on butting them.
