SOLUTION: The method for evaluating the expression degree of anti-fungal action with a test substance that has migrated into tissues comprises administering the test substance into an animal (excluding human beings), collecting a target organ, cutting out a plurality of slices having order of depth from the target organ, contacting and culturing the cut slices in a solid culture medium inoculated with a fungus, and then evaluating that the test sample exists at the position of the cut tissues in an amount exceeding an effective dose, when the size of an inhibition circle formed on the solid culture medium and used as an index is large, or that the test sample exists at the position of the cut tissue, in an amount smaller than the effective dose, when the blocking circle is small or is not generated.
