摘要：A thin film transistor substrate and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to form repair lines and assistant repair lines at first and second regions, thereby reducing capacitance resulting from signal lines and the repair lines, reducing length of the repair lines, and decreasing voltage drop. A thin film transistor substrate comprises signal lines, first repair lines(20), second repair lines(21), multiple connection pad blocks, assistant repair lines(22,23), and connecting lines(24). The first repair lines are formed along edges of one side of the substrate. The second repair lines are formed along the other regions of the substrate. The connection pad blocks are connected with driving circuits and include connection pads connected with one of the driving circuits. The assistant repair lines are crossed with the signal lines and connected with repaired signal lines. The connecting lines are crossed with the first and second repair lines and the assistant repair lines. One side of the first and second repair lines is connected with the connection pad blocks, and the other side thereof is floated. Thereby, the signal delay resulting from RC delay is prevented.
