摘要：A cleaning device for a runway and a refined oil tank is provided to clean up tire marks and oil films quickly and to prevent environmental pollution and human and physical damage caused by noxious gas by freezing tire marks of a runway and oil films formed on an internal wall of a refined oil tank with high pressure air cooled. A cleaning device(1) for a runway and a refined oil tank is used for cleaning up tire marks and oil films with ultra low temperature phenomena by freezing tire marks of a runway and oil films formed on the internal wall of various refined oil tanks such as a supertanker, a ground oil storage bin, etc. using high pressure air cooled at low temperature by connecting first and second supply pipes(3,4) to an air compressor(2) compressing air at high pressure and installing valves(5,6) on the first and second supply pipes, thereby controlling the supply of compressed air, forming connection pipes(7a,7b) on the upper and lower sides of the first supply pipe, filling up a screen plate(7c) installed on the inner bottom with dry ice as a refrigerant(8) and coupling to the upper connection pipe of a cooling bin(7) having a cover(9) opened and closed by a hinge(9a) and fixed by a clamping device(9b), coupling a cold air supply pipe(10) to the connection pipe formed on the lower part of the cooling bin, and installing a thermometer(13) to the end of the second supply pipe and the cold air supply pipe and coupling to the supply side of a mixing valve(11) connected with an air gun(12) checking the temperature of effluent air, thereby controlling compressed air supplied to the air gun at low temperature.
