摘要：The present invention relates to a method and devices for manufacturing micro- and nano-structures of velvet-like configuration. It also relates to devices incorporating such structures for various applications. According to the invention, a film of a thermosetting plastic (4) is applied to a die (1) perforated by a multitude of microchannels or nanochannels (3). When the pressure of a fluid contained in said channels is raised, the film is stretched into a multitude of microfibres or nanofibres (5), before being solidified and detached from the die (1). The method is applicable to the manufacture of fibrous membranes or nanovelvets for the storage of optical data, the manufacture of optoelectronic memories, microlasers, electric batteries, rechargeable batteries, fuel cells and electrolysers.
