摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the amount of power storage required for compensation of power ripple at rise or fall of a decentralized power source. <P>SOLUTION: In a power stabilizing system 10, a power storage device 5 performs charge and discharge to a power system 4. An effective power detector 11 detects the effective power measurement of an aerogenerator 2, and an electric energy detector 14 detects the stored electric energy of the power storage device 5. A compensative power operating part 12 calculates compensative power, based on the fluctuation components of the effective measurement. A compensative power correction signal generator 15, which generates a compensative power correction signal in the direction of charging power into and discharging it from the power storage device 5, according to detected electric energy, generates a compensative power correction signal so as to accelerate correction treatment in the direction of discharging power from the power storage device 5 and correction treatment in the direction of charging power into the power storage device 5 each, in case that the effective power measurement is within a specified range from the output lower limit value and the output upper limit value of the decentralized power source.
