摘要：An air cleaner which improves air cleaning capability by applying a low voltage pulsed wave all over a silver solution coated carbon filter, thereby decomposing and eliminating harmful substances, and which does not generate ozone is provided. In an air cleaner comprising a housing(110), a casing(120) which is connected to the housing, and in which an air outlet(122) and an air inlet(124) are respectively formed, an air suction device(130) for sucking air from the air inlet, a carbon filter for filtering air sucked by the air suction device, and a PCB substrate(150) for controlling power supply and operation, the air cleaner further comprises: a silver solution coated carbon filter(140) which is slantly installed from the bottom of the housing to purify air flown in from the air suction device; copper plate type electrode members(160) which are installed at both sides of the silver solution coated carbon filter, function as positive and negative electrodes by a power source applied from the PCB substrate, and generate static electricity by applying a low voltage pulsed wave onto the carbon filter; and a high voltage unit(170) for uniformly distributing and diffusing the low voltage pulsed wave all over the silver solution coated carbon filter by increasing a power source applied from the PCB substrate to a high voltage. The copper plate type electrode members have a plurality of inserting projections(162) formed on one sides thereof such that the inserting projections are fixed and inserted into the carbon filter.
