摘要：A dope is cast onto a casting drum(23) from a casting die (22) while forming a casting bead (62) . Oxygen concentration at the vicinity of the casting bead(62) is set to less than 10 vol. %, and a static electricity applying electrode (34) applies static electricity between the casting drum(23) and the casting bead (62) . An intervening film forming device (32) supplies intervening film forming liquid (64) onto the casting drum(23) to form an intervening film(65) . A compression chamber (30) decompresses a downstream area from the casting bead(62) . Accordingly, it is possible to enhance the extent of adhesion between the casting drum(23) and the casting bead (62) and speed up a film forming speed.
