摘要:本发明涉及一种飞机机轮润滑脂,以润滑脂总重为基准,包括以下组成:(a)5~45%的乙基硅油基础油;(b)3~25%的复合锂、钙皂稠化剂;(c)2~20%的石墨粉添加剂;(d)0.1~5.0%的磷酸酯添加剂;(e)0.01~3.0%的芳胺类抗氧添加剂;(f)0.01~3.0%的苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐类防锈添加剂;(g)余量的聚α烯烃油基础油。本发明提供的润滑脂由于采用聚α烯烃油和乙基硅油作为基础油,比单独使用聚α烯烃油为基础油制备的润滑脂具有更宽的使用温度范围,此外还具有良好的机械安定性、胶体安定性、极压性、氧化安定性、防锈性,可以满足宽温度范围飞机机轮轴承的润滑。
