摘要：Provided are a membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell capable of reducing the electrical resistance between a catalyst layer and the interface positioned between bases, and between the base and a transferred material, and improving catalytic activity, and a fuel cell system containing the membrane electrode assembly. The membrane electrode assembly comprises an anode and a cathode which face each other; and a polymer electrolyte membrane which is located between the anode and the cathode, wherein at least one of the anode and the cathode comprises a base comprising a nanofiber or nanotube type metal, and a catalyst layer formed on the base. Preferably the metal is selected from the group consisting of Au(gold), Ag(silver), Pt(platinum), Ru(ruthenium), Rh(rhodium), Ir(iridium) and their mixture; and the base has a thickness of 1-50 micrometers.
