摘要：A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to enhance operation stability of the semiconductor integrated circuit by precisely adjusting a rush current flowing through a power switch circuit during a power on period. A power switch circuit(PSWC) outputs an internal source voltage from an external source voltage. The internal source voltage is supplied from the power switch circuit to an internal circuit(Int_Cir). The power switch circuit includes an output transistor(MP1), a start up circuit(STC), and a control circuit(CNTRLR). The output transistor outputs the internal source voltage. The start up circuit controls the output transistor, such that the output current flows through the output transistor during an initial application phase of the external source voltage. The control circuit controls the start up circuit. When the external source voltage is applied, the output transistor is controlled so that the output current is increased at a constant rate.
