摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-vender system maintenance service system where maintenance service maintaining the operation of hardware is performed from the monitoring of the whole system even if the system is constituted of a plurality of company products and the other company can perform maintenance service when the cause of a fault and a performance drop is due to the other company product and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a maintenance center computer 31, a maintenance stronghold computer 41 and a rate request/collection center computer 51. The maintenance center computer 31, the maintenance stronghold computer 41 and the rate request/collection center computer 51 transmit/receive information through a network 6 and perform maintenance service of the multi- vender system 1 being the object of maintenance service. The system is provided with a function for monitoring the fault of the multi-vender system 1 being the object of maintenance service, a function for dividing the fault when the fault occurs and a function for supporting restoration.
