摘要：A manufacturing process of a boom for a special vehicle is provided to constantly maintain a gap between the supports by longitudinally fixing a pair of supports to inner peripheral surfaces of a pair of boom components such that the supports face each other and installing hydraulic cylinders on inner sides of the oppositely directed supports, thereby operating the hydraulic cylinders. A manufacturing process of a boom for a special vehicle comprises: a joining step(S110) of joining inner peripheral surfaces of joining parts of an upper body with projected outer peripheral surfaces of a pair of joining plates joined with a lower body; a tack welding step(S120) of performing tack welding for provisional fixation in the length direction on outer peripheral surfaces at which joining parts of the lower and upper bodies come in contact with each other in the joining step; a support fixing step(S130) of fixing both ends of supports, that are the same as or longer than lengths of the upper and lower bodies, to the joining plates joined with inner peripheral surfaces of the joining parts of the upper and lower bodies by clamps such that the supports face each other; a hydraulic cylinder installing step(S140) of longitudinally installing a plurality of hydraulic cylinders between the supports, the hydraulic cylinders being operated by hydraulic pressure supplied through a hose from a compressor installed outside; a main welding step(S150) of welding outer peripheral surfaces of the joining parts to firmly fix the upper and lower bodies that are spaced apart from each other in a predetermined distance by the hydraulic cylinders; and a completing step(S160) of separating the supports and the hydraulic cylinders in the main welding step to complete a boom.
