摘要:本发明涉及一种含有FGF2(成纤维细胞生长因子-2或碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF))作为有效成分的、用于治疗或预防哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的药剂。本发明还涉及由卵清蛋白和双链RNA诱发的Th1哮喘和COPD小鼠动物模型。本发明的含有FGF2的治疗药剂可用于治疗或预防气道纤维化、气道炎症、气道高反应性、气道重塑、哮喘和COPD。此外,由卵清蛋白和双链RNA诱发的Th1哮喘和COPD小鼠动物模型还可用于开发哮喘和COPD的治疗药剂。
