摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for treatment of contaminated soil which substantially reduce the ratio of waste disposal and thereby improve the efficiency of treatment, even in cases involving high-concentration contaminated soil so far requiring waste disposal unavoidably. SOLUTION: The system has a cleaning treatment unit 15 cleaning oil-contaminated soil, a microorganism activation unit 312 adding a microorganism-activating agent to the cleaning solution from the cleaning treatment unit 15 containing fine grains of the oil-contaminated soil to activate microorganisms residing in the grains and a solid-liquid separation unit 100 separating the grains from the cleaning solution added with the microorganism-activating agent in the microorganism activation unit 312. The cleaning solution added with the microorganism-activating agent is separated from the grains in the solid-liquid separation unit 100, fed to the cleaning treatment unit 15 to clean and added again with the microorganism-activating agent in the microorganism activation unit 312. The grains separated from the cleaning solution in the solid-liquid separation unit 100, together with the treated soil discharged from the cleaning treatment unit 15, is prepared for reuse.
