摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine priority of production instruction corresponding to demand fluctuations of each item in consideration of the possessed production ability in a production process in which an item for production on order and an item for market production are mixed. SOLUTION: In the production process where the item for production on order and the item for market production are mixed, assuming a case where demand exceeding the possessed production ability, a parameter for regulating a production priority for each item is set in advance, and items to be preferentially produced within the range of the possessed production ability is prioritized according to the excess inventory ratio of each item. The excess inventory ratio is obtained by (effective inventory amount/required inventory amount) in the item for market production. On the other hand, regarding the item for production on order, because the inventory of the amount which can be delivered at the time of a shipment is required, and the inventory of that amount (demand intake amount) can be taken as the required inventory amount, and the present completed amount can be taken as the effective inventory amount, the excess inventory ratio (effective inventory amount/demand intake amount) can be indexed. By referring to the excess inventory ratio of all item for order on production and the item for market production, and distributing the ability of production process by repeating in order from the item with a small excess inventory ratio, the order satisfaction ratio of both items can be maximized.
